My team at IBM approached a major pharma company to conduct a 3 day workshop on-site focusing on the technicians’s on the job training experiences. On the job trainings (OJTs) are crucial to the operations of a pharmaceutical company. The trainings must be evaluated by managers and documented to ensure the safety of the plant as well as to satisfy regulatory bodies that might perform an inspection or audit of operations at the plant.

Collaboration with privacy experts ensured data security for seamless verification at travel, events, and venues. Migros Market Visit
Retail promotions at Migros, Switzerland Lacked consistency and quality.
Migros, the largest retail company in Switzerland and the country's leading supermarket chain, collaborated with the Apple+IBM MobileFirst for iOS initiative to develop an app tailored for their trade marketing associates. These associates served as brand representatives for products in Migros stores, engaging in tasks such as product understanding, market research, in-store promotion, sampling, taste testing, and collecting event feedback on behalf of the sponsoring brand.

Teachers have a pivotal role in a student’s development. Academic performance is one of the only measures of student success to that has been tracked throughout the majority of modern times. Very little time is spent, if any, tracking non-academic performance like extracurricular activities, interests and behavioral traits. Watson Element was built to solve this problem and give teachers a 360° view of the student.

My team visited a package sorting facility and discovered many inefficiencies in the processes of the control room operations. We performed a day of on-site observational research to uncover the majority of the pain points the operators experienced.
